Americans continue to say the federal government has a responsibility to
provide support and services for all Americans in a number of forms.

Americans were free when the only responsibitliy of the federal governement was, as stated in the Declaration, to protect inherent and inalianable rights of every Individual. Today many Americans believe that the federal government owes them a living. Believing that somebody else is responsible for your own life is believing that FREEDOM IS SLAVERY.
