What she is talking about in this twit is central planning. She wants
the federal government to force others to set the price to the level that she
feels is proper. This is emotion substituted for knowledge. If she used
knowledge, she might have realized that this "not a radical idea" has been
tried many times in many different places by many different people with the
exact same catastrophic outcome: labor camps, millions of deaths, and
eventual destruction of society.
